Strange ICS Error Message

In trying to setup ICS I have encountered a strange error message.

Can anyone please advise me ???

I have had ICS working before, but I had a few network problems, that
have been sorted out.

Also do I ICS the 'Internet Cable' connection or the 'Network'
connection ???

Try removing the check mark in the box next to ICS and reboot. Then
reenable it.
