Strange Folder

When I click on My Computer >> Local Disk C: >> Documents and Settings, there
is a folder called "Owner", which I did not create. It's read-only and cannot
be deleted even if I uncheck the read-only box. What's going on?

Some PreInstalled versions of XP have renamed the default administrator
account (visible from Safe Mode on Home Edition)

There already is an Admin folder in the Documents and Setting folder though.
