Strange Domain Problem

Have a client complaining that whenever one of the users is prompted to
change their password after it has expired they are unable to do so from
their workstation. They are getting Domain is Unavailable messages and the
user password must then be changed by the admin on the server. I've tried
what seemed to have been applicable in the KB but the problem still exists.

Simple, flat network. Single PDC running 2K Server w/SP4. Workstations are a
mixed bag of 2K Pro and XP Pro with some Tablet XP tossed in.

Anyone run across this before?

Thanks!

Is the domain setup properly, to support Windows 2000 and Windows XP clients?
