Strange delay in receiving e-mail Outlook 2003.

I have two users in an environment of over 300 that their e-mails don't
display until they send them self an e-mail. People will send them
e-mails and show in the exchange server but will not display on the
client.

Check the Exchange server and the usually suspects. Also re-created a
new MAPI profile..

What is strange is it's only two users in our environment have been
effected...

Any Ideas welcome.

I suspect that the problem you're having is that the information (called
"UDP packets") that Exchange is sending to notify Outlook of changes to
your mailbox is being blocked by something - probably the Windows Internet
Connection Firewall. You can set the registry values in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q305572 (Outlook
2002) or http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q304849
(Outlook 2000) to cause Outlook to poll Exchange rather than waiting for
notifications.
