Strange characters at Microsoft Life Cycle web site

When I go here:-

I see Chinese or Japanese characters instead of dates under most of
the headings!!

Anyone else get this?

Anyone hazard a guess as to why? Or how to get correct info?

English is the only language there.

But what is really strange, when I click on the link in my original
post it came up with English!!

But when I went back to the page that I originally came to it from:-

http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifeselectwin

it came up, not with chinese (like it did before) or English, but some
European language!!!

Beats me :-(
