Strange but random message

I keep getting this message appearing and I just single
click the left hand mouse it disappears. Question...what
does this message means and how to stop it it.
Message reads:-

CAN NOT FIND SHDoc Vw Ctl.web browser...Make sure the
path and internet address is correct
Hope some one can come up with a solution.

Look in add/remove programs for something like the
Click to expand...
SHDoc Vw Ctl.web browser shdoc browser,or something you
haven't loaded and delete it.
