how can I set my account in order to sbe able to open it from several
computers and to see all my e-mails even if they were red in on other
computer first?

If you have more than one PC, or other device, accessing mail from the same
account, then you need to set each account on all devices to "Leave a copy
of each message on the server". Otherwise only the first device to access
the mail box will get the mail

Tools>accounts>select account>properties>advanced tab.

It is important to set one of the devices to delete messages from the server
after a sensible number of days, or your online server mailbox will fill up
and reject any new mail.
 
The method mentioned by Steve will allow you to receive all incoming
messages on multiple computers. However, you will only be able to
see sent messages on the computer they were sent from.
To see all emails in all folders, you would need an IMAP or HTTP
account rather than a POP account.
