Stored email addresses

Outlook has stored email addresses that are NOT in my address book nor Contacts. They are used by auto-fill. Many are outdated and/or wrong. How do I change or delete these troublesome data entries? Where do they live?
 
The full cache is stored in a nk2 file with the same name as your mail
profile.
You can delete individual names biy selecting them with your cursor keys
when the list shows up and press DELETE
