store names, initials and titles

how can i store the names, initials and titles of the people i work with into
microsoft word so that they appear when i type in the first few letters of
their name?
 
Save them as AutoText Entries.
Type a name, then Select it.
Go to Insert|AutoText
Click New
Click Okay
Repeat for each person.
Unless you have changed the default options, after you typed at least the
first 4 characters of a name, a Screentip will pop up and you can press Enter
(or F3) to Insert the name.
If you have two people with similar names, like:
Joe Smith and Joe Smiley
you will have to type enough of the name, so that Word can identify them
uniquely.
