Store Criteria Input for Future Use

Can I store input to a query to use in subsequent queries?
I'm trying to allow the user to enter one date that is setup in a subquery
and then
add to that date in subsequent queries to pull out information such as the
date entered plus 4 days, 7 days, 11 days and 14 days.

Have the user make the entry in a pop-up form, then click a button that will
run the desired queries. In the queries, refer to the field on the form in
your criteria.
