Hello
I wonder if exists any storage system or anything to have my mailbox and
e-mails in a SQL Database. Instead of using a PST file, use a SQL Database
(more secure, fastest, visible with other tools)...
Any ideas will be appreciated.

That's the whole idea behind Exchange Server; your mail is held in a secure
database on the server where it's available from anywhere and can be booked
up daily. I know of no third party systems that offer anything similar.

Unfortunately I don´t use Exchange; just using a regular e-mail account in
any Internet Service Provider; but with too much traffic.

Well, if you ISP offers IMAP4 service, you can abandon the .PST file to the
extent that your ISP grants you storage space on his email server. Probably
not what you really want, but might be a useful compromise:
