I have a pc at work with two usernames:
- Mine
- General Staff
I want to disable the internet under "general staff" as I only have 200mb
d/l limit, and it's all I need for emails etc. I don't want staff using the
internet under the "general staff" profile and eating all my data when I am
not there.
If I change the network settings (ie put in an incorrect IP address etc) an
then disable the ability for them to entered the network settings in that
profile under computer management, will that only change the network
settings under their profile or the whole pc?
If so, would it be best to alter the settings in internet explorer
(tools/options/connection/lan settings) as this would be relevant to each
user profile. If I do this, where can I disable the ability to alter those
settings?
Thanks.
