Stop URL redirection in IE?

Is there a registry setting to disable URL redirection in IE? If so, do you
know what it is and/or where I can find that info?

You may regret such a decision. If you're concerned about being redirected
to objectionable web sites, web filtering software can address that.
Otherwise, redirection is used all over the internet for valid reasons.
