Stop saving ID's

How do I stop or clear the automatic saving of the ID's in
fields when I go to log onto websites. I have a ton that I
don't need and they are still there. Thanks

IE's Tools -> Internet Options
or
Control Panel's Internet Options

Then Content -> AutoComplete

Choose what, if any, options you want enabled. If disabling them, be
sure to clear them, too.
