Stop rounding

I have several numbers that are calculated averages. I'm only showing whole
values, yet when I sum the calculated cells together I sometimes end up with the
sum being one digit higher than the visible whole numbers due to rounding of the
actual results. How can I stop the rounding from happening?

this is not a bug but due to Excels internal storing of the values. You
did not round the values in your single rows but only change the
