I'm seeing the following error on my PC.

The PC is a Dell 620 with dual Xeon processors, and a
3DLabs Oxygen GVXI video adapter.
I'm using an upgrade version of XP over WIN2000.
Anyone have any insight into what device may be causing
this error?
