Stop error

I have 6 Dell Optiplex 160Ls that generate stop errors
intermittently. These are joined to a Windows Small
Business Server 2003 domain. The computers and server are
brand new. The workstations are running XP Service Pack
1. All updates are applied. All Dell drivers and firmware
are current. One computer was in a workgroup prior to
joining the domain, and it still had stop errors. All
workstations are running Symantec Antivirus Corporate
Edition 8.1. Here is a sample of the errors from
different computers:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x10000050 (0xe32cb000, 0x00000000, 0x805b3018,
0x00000001). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini020904-01.dmp.

Any ideas?
