Stop Error

When the computer is booted up, right after the Windows loading screen, there is a blue screen that pops up. It reads "Stop 0x000000007b" this is followed by several strings of "0" and "x" then "Unaccessable_Boot_Device". I've tried everything I could think of, but nothing seems to happan. I could really use some help, thanks.
