stop error resolution needed

hello,

my system is crashing frequently giving blue screen
error trap code 0x0000000a (0x80493438, 0x00000002,
0x00000000, 0x80493438). comparing with the pstat output
the driver name which falls in the address range is
ntoskrnl.exe.
can any body help me with a resolution for this error.
expecting a reply soon.
