stop displaying synchronization screen when logging off

How can I stop the display of the synchronization screen during log off? I do
not want my users to see what is being synched. Is that possible?

My first question would be why? I would let them know and actually let them
add limited amount of directories so they feel comfortable that the process
works for them.
