Stop Code 0x0000008E

When I try to sign on to my computer, the computer
displays the following stop code ( ***Stop:
0x0000008E,0xC0000005,0x804ECA2D,0xF35A78C0,0x00000000 )
and then reboots. Has anyone encountered this? If so
please tell me, what's up.
Each time it reboots the code changes a little IE:
***Stop:0x0000008E,0xC0000005,0x804ECA2D,0xF371F8C0,0x0000
0000

***Stop:0x0000008E,0xC0000005,0x804ECA2D,0xF34038C0,0x0000
0000
