Stop capitalizing proper names

In my company, our email addresses come in the format
(e-mail address removed) - e.g. (e-mail address removed).
Unfortunately, Outlook always wants to capitalize what it recognizes as a
proper name... so that for example (e-mail address removed) will come
out (e-mail address removed). How do I turn off this feature?
