Stop: c000021a {fatal system error}

When I try to log off I get the BSOD with following error:

Stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x00000000
0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

I have XP SP2, 3.06Mhz with 1gb ram.

Appreciate any help, have scanned KB and WEB but no help.
