Stop Auto-install of hardware

i have a laptop and the keyboard doesn't work on it (the only key that works
is F1 and it is constantly pushing it by itself) i have tried uninstalling it
but everytime i restart the computer it auto-installs it again. is there
anyway to stop this?

so you are using keyboard via ps2 or usb port?

disable laptop keyboard in device manager or computer bios, if possible.!!!!
