STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

After upgrading I get this stop message occasionally,
STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. and it shuts
down without reason also occasionally. Any ideas??
