Stop: 0X0000008E

Hi
My computer periodicly goes to a blue screen with the following error: Stop: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X8059D067, 0XF24D2BEC, 0X00000000). I have searched the MS knowledge base and cannot find the error. If I let the computer set for a while it boots up fine. Any ideas?
