Sticker note organizer. I think there might be some that also can arrange
stickers inte some kind of outliner.

I know there are some to pay for. But, as usual I don't even know if it can
be used to do what I like to or not.

ATNotes has already been mentioned. If you're looking for something
with more flair and panache, check out hott notes 4:

Still in beta, but it appears major bugs were fixed from V3, and some
nice features were added in V4 (Note Manager, e.g.)

Worth a look.
