stellarview for windows download

I just bought this computer Sony Viao and I work in real
estate and need to see the MLS listings and it's done by
the stellarview for windows. I put the disks through, and
it's giving me an error saying to contat Microsoft. Iv'e
been looking into the web of Microsoft and there is not a
single phone number for me to ask for help. This program
is provided by Microsoft and it has been impossible to
find someone to help me. I really need help Please send
me a pphone number I need technical support so I can get
and answer to why my new computer is not taking the disks
