Statistical Analysis - How to?

I would like to be able to take a worksheet with data regardin
incidents (ie safety related) and produce statistics about th
incidents (ie how often incidents occur when an employee has worke
80+hours in a week, how common injuries to the right ankle are, etc).

I'm working on getting the data analysis add-in on my excel version
but i'm trying to do the research ahead of time to be sure i can finis
this project.

These are the column headings set up currently that we'd like t
analyze:

Location of Incident within Facility
Number of Incidents
Type of Incident
Part of the Body
Month
Length of Employment
Time of Day
Day of week
Hrs Worked that Day
Hrs Worked that Wee
 
I have worked at refineries before and with the data that you wish t
gather, you will not have any problem doing a statistical analysis o
any sort.
