Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible in Outlook to use personalised stationery
as default when replying to emails.

Any help would be appreciated.

Barry

Hi Laura,

I tried to do as you detailed, which is quite like the way I set up
originally, but I still can't use the stationery when I click on the
reply button.

Any other thoughts?

Barry

Laura, I am trying to install the twill and stripes stationery available through the microsoft updates page. I have downloaded them and when trying to activate the self extract, it says that I need an office 2000 family product and tells me to go to officeupdate.microsoft.com/info/o2kprods.htm. I have been there, but unable to ascertain exactly what I am missing. I am running office xp with outlook 2002. Any suggestions

Thank you....Owe

Hi Barry
Have you tried the following
Create stationery for message
If Microsoft Word is your e-mail editor, you can't create new stationery from Word. However, you can create a new stationery in Microsoft Outlook, which Word then adds to its stationery list.

From the main Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
In the Compose in this message format list, click HTML.
Click Stationery Picker, and then click New.
In the Enter a name for your new stationery box, enter a name.
Under Choose how to create your stationery, select the option you want.
To select a file to base your stationery on, type the path and file name in the Use this file as a template box, or click Browse to select from a list

Click Next.
Select the options you want to use.
Note This procedure is available only if you use HTML as your message format.

I will be anxious to hear if this helps.
