Subject: Using HTML stationary with company logo graphic

The end result is for our client to have two separate
personas within one .pst file. We'll call them Clark Kent
and Superman. Superman wants a corporate logo under his
signature and a specific background color. I've got an
HTML file an artist made for this purpose. Clark however,
just wants his own signature and no background.

so far I've got the settings to:

2 e-mail accounts within one profile
use word for editor (so each gets own signature file)
I can manually change from Clark to Superman when writing
e-mail
I've used stationary picker to define the stationary for
superman

Clark still get's superman's stationary.

How do I get this part resolved?

Thanks in advance

Jan,

so far I've got the settings to:
2 e-mail accounts within one profile

I would use: 2 e-mail accounts with two profiles but only one pst file for
both profiles.

If Outlook starts, I would select that outlook would ask me which profile i
would like to use.

One profile I would named as Superman and the other Clark Kent. Both will
use the same pst file but with different settings (Signature, Format etc.),
becuase the profile are different.

I would maybe create a subfolder of the inbox for Superman (or Clark) and I
would create a rule to split the incoming emails between Superman and Clark.

Precisely - I have it set up as you suggest below. My
difficulty is this:

When I set stationary for Superman, it appears in Clark's
profile, even though the two profiles are separate.

Is there a work-around for this?

Thank you!

Jan
