Stationary in outlook

I have an attachement to an email that I would like to make a stationary. The
choice shows up as blank when I attempt make the stationary. I tried to save
it as an jpeg but still had no luck. Any suggestions? I can email the file to
anyone who would like to try it.

what do you mean, it shows up blank?

File, Save as... HTML. Put it in the Stationery folder or insert it using
Insert file, as text.
