Hi,

Click start/run, type msconfig and click ok. On the startup tab, uncheck
those you do not wish to have loading at startup. Click apply/ok and reboot
at your leisure.

I think he wants programs to start up, rather than not
 
Drop a shortcut to them into the Startup folder in Start, Programs.
