3 things you need to do.
1. Go to Start-Run. Type: "cmd" (without the quotes) and type
"defrag c: -b" (again, without the quotes). If your partition that has
your boot files is not 'c:', replace it with the correct letter.
2. Go to Start-run and type "regedit". Go to key
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters" and look for the key
EnablePrefetcher and make sure the value is set to 3. If it isn't change
it to 3. Then, once a month, go to C:\Windows\Prefetch\ and delete all
the files. Don't do it more often.
3. Go to start-run-regedit and go to
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Dfrg\BootOptimizeFunction". Make
sure "Enable" is set to 'Y'. if it isn't change it, restart the
computer, and defrag your hard drive with windows's defragger, not a 3rd
party one.

You can also go to tweakxp.com, click on performance tweaks, and read
all the tweaks related to faster startup.

First, you may want to post in a newsgroup for your native language. It
is pretty tricky getting technical information not in your own
language. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups:

http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

Wherever you post, make sure you include the virus/malware status of the
computer. If you think it is clean, what did you use to determine this?
Names and versions of programs, whether your antivirus subscription is
active and the virus definitions are current.

Well, a fresh Windows installation starts in a couple of seconds. If
this is no longer the case, undo the system changes (installation) that
you made prior to this encounter. After posting this basic advice
recently, the OP committed that the problem occured after installing
driver software for his mobile phone - after removing, the problem was
resolved. Note that there are no mind-readers out here. ;)

2. Go to Start-run and type "regedit". Go to key

<snip>

No need to delete the prefetch folder files. This is poor advice.

I defrag my hard disk with perfect disk.
I scan my pc with spybot search and destroy 1.3 and nod32.
The keys in the register are right.

Have you other suggestion?

Yes. Your Spybot S&D is outdated and you need the latest version. You
probably do have malware on the computer. Here are general malware
removal steps which you should go through systematically. It is very
important that you use current tools with updated definitions and that
you scan in Safe Mode (instructions at site).

Doesn't sound like you followed all the steps indicated in my response
to you.

My Spybot S&D was updated.I download the last version of Spybot and
update the database.Nothing malware found.
Suggest me a software to analyze startup stage, so it can see how much
time spend my pc in loading services and programs, and detect the
problem.
I have bootvis but exist a more specific software?

Did you stop all the startup programs running via msconfig? If not you need
to stop them all and see if xp starts ok. If you stopped all programs and xp
is still taking its time to startup try running a process explorer.
Sysinternals do a free one. Try and wok out where the slowdown is.

You need more than just Spybot S&D to keep the system clean:

I gave you information previously on clean boot troubleshooting. You
don't need other software:

I scan system with Ad-Aware se updated, and hijackthis. No improvement
on startup time and no malware found.
I try wintask and again nothing.
Why do you think that my problem is related to malware?
My system startup in 2 minutes.

Well you've finally now given more information. I didn't say I thought
it was related to malware, just that it was a possibility and the first
thing to check. Have you done all malware scans in safe mode? If you
are convinced the system is clean then go to the next step.

Do the clean boot troubleshooting to see what is taking the time.
However two minutes is not unreasonable. Turn on the computer, then go
get your morning coffee.

1)Set prefetch parameter to 1 not 3, here's why:

If you set it to two or three (Windows default is three)
It will prefetch on bootup. If you set it to one, It prefetches on
application launch.

2)Make sure there's no virus/adware lurking.

3) don't mess with cleaning out prefetch folder.
There is no advantage to this.
