Startup Programs

How do I find out what programs are starting at the
startup? How do I include or exclude a program from
starting at startup? I have XP Home Edition and it is
extremely slow. I am hoping some of the startup programs
can be stopped from doing so.
Thanks.
 
Startup is under all programs in your start menu. You
can delete the shortcuts put there by using your friend,
the right mouse button.
