StartUp Problem!

Hi.
I just formated and reinstalled Windows XP Pro.
Now when I start or restart the system before the 1st black Windows XP
screen comes up there is a black screen with a white raster at the bottom
that looks like coming out of hibernation just without any text.
I hope someone got an idea how I can get rid of that.
Any help is very much appreciated.

That's normal, Tommy - why would you want to get rid of it? It just
indicates (same as in returning from Hibernate) that the system is loading.
