Hello,
When I boot my windows XP pro system I normally see a
popup message "Work Offline" that basically tells me
there is no internet connection and I can retry or work
offline. If I retry things work fine. I suspect that
something is accessing the internet before my NIC card
comes up during boot.
I disabled the legacy startup programs via mmc so almost
nothing runs at boot anymore (this makes my system boot
much faster, by the way!). Still, I see this message.
Is there anyway I can track exactly what application of
system process is causing this problem??
Thanks & Regards,
Russell
