Startup Error message!

Windows XP Home.. My System is new Compaq SR1012NX.. Some
new software has been installed and reinstalled
When the computer starts I get an error message

NDA ERROR
Failed To Load Applacation Configuration Data from
"Core.hp.Main/Application.xml"
My question is how do I fix or remove this error message??

One of your Compaq applications is failing. Go to Start>Run and type
"msconfig" without the quotes and look on the Startup page to see what
programs are starting with Windows. Here is a link that will help you
identify the things you see:

Also, it is a very bad idea to post your unmunged email address on
Usenet or public messageboards. Now you will get even more spam and
virus-laden emails.
