Startup & closing error message

when starting Excel xp small business edition, an error
message comes up. The message is; "compile error in hidden
module: AutoExecNew". After closing the error message,
Excel functions properly. Then when closing the Excel
application, another error message is displayed; "Compile
error in hidden module: DistMon". Closing the error
message also closes the application. This is not a fatal
problem, but is a minor annoyance. Any words to the wise
would be appreciated.
