Every time I boot my computer I get two splash screens.
The first is a StartService splash screen that states
that "The Service Database is Locked". The second is a
StartService splash screen that has a yellow triangle
with an exclamation point and states that "Can't Start
Kernel Mode Driver Service". How do I determine what is
causing this and correct it? I'm running XP Pro and have
installed SP2. Before SP2 this would occur on most boots
but not all. Since SP2 was installed it occurs every
time.
