StartPage-DU.dll Trojan has crippled IE

Help!!!!!!!!
StartPage-DU.dll Trojan has redered IE useless and McCaffee won't even touch
it.
Is this an IE issue or is Netscape vulnerable too?
How do you get rid of this???????????
