When I start my Computer a blue screen apears and says the
the following:
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down
to prevent damage to your computer.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error
follow these steps.
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is
properly installed, (and information about updates).

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly
installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory
options...

Technical Information:
*** STOP: OXOOOOOOOA (OXOOOOOOO14, OXOOOOOOO2,
OXOOOOOOO1, OX8O4F51BC)

The thing is I didnt install anything, but I may have
deleted a file that I wasen't suppost accidenally.

I can only start the computer in Safemode now and I have
no idea what to do, so if anybody can help me it would be
very appericiated.
Thank You
