Starting up

Recently I ran a couple of programs to clean up my
computer. Since then when I start my computer I get a
little box telling me:
"ERROR LOADING C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll"
Can anyone tell me how on earth I can remove this box, it
is just soooooo annoying.
