I was hoping to find a vendor that had a resonably priced HDTV DVR. I was
excited when I read at MS that Alienware had one. They do not. They are
still in the process of evaluating HDTV tuners. So I decided just to build
one. Can anyone point me to a list of HDTV tuners, Video Cards, Remotes that
are currently working with MSMSE 5.0?
I want to hook it up to my Sony Grand WEGA LCD Projection TV. It has 7
inputs: Component Video(Y/Pb/Pr), Composite, S Video, and HDMI. My first
choice would be to use a video card that would connect to the HDMI spot even
if I had to use a DVI/HDMI cable.
