Start Windows toolbar

R-click on it, Unlock it, move the mouse cursor to the top edge so
cursor become double-ended arrow, press left mouse button and drag to
desired hight and release.

I'm assuming you mean make the Taskbar taller. Right-click (and uncheck
"Lock the Taskbar" and then drag the upper edge.

Finally, I see a reply to a question I asked weeks ago.

When I do a new install, I always drag the Quick Launch bar
up to the 2 lines.

My issue is, I normally have to drag it a dozen times or so
before it "releases" and moves up one line.

Is there some "trick" I'm missing?

1. I unlock it
2. I turn on the Quick Launch
3. I drag.

It generally takes me a dozen "drags" before it will move
up.

What's going on?
