When I start-up my PC I get, "Press F1 to Resumpant to boot from the
network". How would I change this to go ahead and boot into windows. I went
into Bios and could not find the Network section.

Please try again with the error message.

If this just suddenly happened, the system is not finding boot files
where it is expecting to, so perhaps your hard drive has died. If you
look at the boot order in the BIOS it will be something like:

1. CD drive
2. Hard drive
3. Network boot

When the system doesn't find boot files on #1 and #2 it looks for files
on a network (#3) and of course doesn't find them.

So, what changed between the time things worked and the time they
didn't? Does your hard drive still show up in the BIOS?

Depends on your bios. There should be a setting to move the boot order
around. Move the network to the bottom of the list.
