start up

Every time I start my computor there are 3 programs which keep coming when I start, they say that they where not closed down but I dont know what they are. One is C:/windows/dllreg.exe the other 2 are C:/system32.exe.how do I get rid of these so that when I turn on my computor I dont see these boxes
 
When was the last time you updated your antivirus software and ran a full
system scan? Those are both viruses, so you might want to do that. It may
help to run stinger from http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ after restarting in
Safe mode.
