Start Up Question

How can I get rid of a program when every time I start my computer this
program is the first thing I see. I don't want to get rid of it totally. I
just want it to be placed somewhere else. I would like to see my Desk top and
all the icons first thing. The program that comes up first is Scientific
Notebook. Can you help? Shelley

Right click the taskbar, select properties,select task bar(top left) then
custermize and now you will be able to stop the program runninig on start up
