I recently downloaded a virus killer. It cleaned my pc and told me to reboot.
However, when I reboot, the pc will load but stop dead on a blue page, with
just Windows XP written on it. Normally this will happen anyway, but then my
log-in options will come up. This is not happening now, it stops dead on the
initial page. I have tried pressing f8 when i restart and have tried all the
options, but no matter which one it will still stop on the initial blue
screen. No keys will work on that screen (ctl alt del etc) ....how can I get
my log-in options to come up?

Regards,
Shane
