Any other suggestions on how to discover
what has been installed?
Most programs are installed in Program Files. Try this.
Navigate to C:\Program Files.
In Details View, click the Date Created column header to sort by Date
Created.
Look for the newest entries.

When I click START. I have a bubble window off of the "ALL Programs"
link that states "New Programs Installed" I do not recall installing
anything new and this is not going away. It keeps displaying....How
do I get it to stop popping up or how do I find out what new program
was installed?
